remove non-default CSS styles

OpenGrok ships with default, polished and offwhite CSS styles. When updating the default CSS style one usually blindly updated the other styles without properly testing them. Also, the non-default styles are probably not much used. As suggested in #1077, it might be prudent to remove them.
