Resolve the source repo associated with an artifact using the provenance

In cases where a provenance is available for an artifact (e.g., published as a GitHub release asset or on an artifactory like Maven Central), we can resolve the repository and the associate commit using the provenance.

We should make sure to do the same for the dependencies retrieved from a BOM file.
