For Project Terminus (#12236), we need to move from core reflection to JVMCI reflection. This converts various
FieldValueTransformerWithAvailabilityimplementations toJVMVCIFieldValueTransformerWithAvailability, which were introduced in #12722.This is a follow-up to #12792. Remaining usages of
FieldValueTransformerWithAvailabilityhave been annotated with a comment mentioning a blocking issue.
