This PR adds a single method to the CommonTextObjectFactory factory class, one that properly handles Instagram text before passing it on for detection. After careful consideration and thorough testing, we asserted that filtering URLs and EMail addresses yields the best results for very short pieces of text such as Instagram posts and comments.
