This PR adds the
Bundles and Dependenciesvariable source. It generateBundleVariablesfor allRequiredPackagevariables found from executing theinputVariableSources. It does so by inspecting theBundleEntitiesincluded in eachRequiredPackageVariable, resolving dependencies, and outputtingBundleVariablesfor allBundleEntitiesand their resolved dependencies.
