Performance and Longevity Tests

We should create performance and longevity tests. In the past we've seen issues related to mainly longevity (like the resourceVersion too old issue).

I don't think this issue is a priority, but since it's not trivial to solve, especially the test cluster management part. Just something to think about for the future.
