Use Controller name as finalizer

Use the name of the controller as the finalizer string, but keep it customizable.

Hi @ng29 welcome!
currently we read the finalizer name from the controller annotation, where is always a default if not set.
The idea was, that if its not configured explicitly we don't use the default but the [package+"."+classNameOfController] with lowercase.

Basically now its here:

This method could be extended to implement this logic. Of course removing the default value from annotation.
