Add paragraph support to Greenbar

Greenbar's whitespace treatment is inconsistent and, thus, difficult to reason about. It introduces a trial-and-error element to writing templates which can be frustrating to deal with.

Markdown provides a paragraph model which is at least consistent if not ideal. Adding paragraph support to Greenbar makes whitespace processing more predictable and consistent.
