In order to develop the UI, the developer needs a fast feedback loop.

With the new Vue.JS-based UI, it is hence useful to be able to run yarn dev locally.

However, the UI needs to have access to JSON files that will be present in the ZIM because they will be created by the scraper.

A straightforward documentation / tooling should be put in place to make this easy and fast to set-up.
