Update the tide engine to 1.0.0-beta.4 - #246

Conversation
beta.4 filters spurious extremes with a heap and stops building an unused timeline for extremes searches (openwatersio/slackwater#373). Both keep extremes and datums byte-identical, so no station data changes; a forced datum regeneration just runs faster. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Moves
@slackwater/enginefrom 1.0.0-beta.3 to 1.0.0-beta.4. It brings the two speedups from openwatersio/slackwater#373: spurious extremes are filtered with a heap, and extremes searches no longer build an unused timeline. Datums from either version are byte-identical across 976 TICON stations, so no station data changes. A forced datum regeneration just runs faster: the slowest station went from 7.2 s to 1.4 s.harmonic-analysispins the engine exactly; the other workspaces take it through the lockfile, which now resolves a single copy at beta.4.Local checks:
npm test, including the typecheck, npm run validate:database, npm run lint, and the TCD build and tests (8,739 records, 12 tests) pass.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
