Why:
Ease of use - makes the reference directly navigable
Clarity - the rest of the list indicates resources that are outside of the Open UI site so, at first glance, it seems like this also is an external resource
Note:
I see that the Component Name Matrix already appears in the site navigation on the left side, which may be why it wasn’t linked here. Even so, adding the link would make the reference clearer, especially when reading the list in a condensed or mobile view.
