We need a refactor to show multiple chains treasury. But we will add some basic components to show treasury assets on para-chains before that. We will add a panel to show assethub treasury assets on this issue.

  • Modify the display of Polkadot treasury panel
    • add Application in progress
    • remove Tips
  • Add a panel to show AsseThub treasury assets
  • Add title to the panel
