Add something that communicates this where relevant:
For example, in an OpenStack deployment, the system should be able to reach the URL
http://api.cluster.domain.name:22623. This maybe tested by using a tool like curl,
curl --insecure https://api.clustername.basedomain.name:22623, and verifying it does not time out.
