  • Set up initial driver frame (Persistent Storage API similar to USGS Stream Gauges)
  • Mine NDBC getCapabilities for procedures and FOIs
  • Create data structures (DataRecords) to reflect current setup
  • Set up getResult response to call NDBC getObservation (CSV) request
  • Work on SensorML 2.0 response to describeSensor
  • Support data retrieval via bounding box selection

    Initial working version is similar to driver for USGS stream gauges. Currently, it only supports a single station and a single parameter.
