[FEATURE] Expose OpenSearch cluster name in SparkSubmitParameters

When a Spark job is submitted, OpenSearch ClusterName should be exposed in SparkSubmitParameters.

What solution would you like?

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

1. SparkSubmitParameters should have cluster name
2. It should come from client or clusterService

Expose cluster name on Flint side, this requires a test connection feature after an OpenSearch client is created
