Must merge #5185, #5186 and #5187 before merging this

Description

Cleans up duplicate files introduced in #5186 .

9 redundant files were introduced in that PR:

  • AuditCategory.java
  • AdminDNs.java
  • Responses.java
  • Utils.java (dlic/rest/support)
  • ConfigConstants.java (/support)
  • WildCardMatcher.java (/support)
  • AuthCredentials.java (/user)
  • CustomAttributesAware.java (/user)
  • User.java (/user)

Check List

- [ ] New functionality includes testing
- [ ] New functionality has been documented
- [ ] New Roles/Permissions have a corresponding security dashboards plugin PR
- [ ] API changes companion pull request created

  • Commits are signed per the DCO using --signoff
