[BUG] Missing wait_for_completion parameter in API specification #148

What is the bug?
A new parameter was added in Add wait_for_completion parameter to resize, open, and forcemerge APIs (#6228) #6434 to several index operations. However, it doesn't show up in the OpenAPI spec for neither operation. Affected files: forcemerge, clone, open and shrink and split
These files should be updated to include the new parameter(s). There was a second one added, task_execution_timeout.
