[FEATURE] Add security test github workflow

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Security test cannot be directly run w/ ./gradlew integTest -Dsecurity=true for now.

In OpenSearch org, CCR repo is able to do achieve above, related commit: opensearch-project/cross-cluster-replication@419d789
