Incremented version to 1.3.5.

Ci seems to be failing without any changes?

PR #224 addresses the link checker failure for the 2.2 branches, but it contains changes which shouldn't be backported to older versions. A separate PR will have to be submitted to update the broken link on the older branches.

Following up on this. Several READMEs across various back and frontend plugins have these same broken links. Opened this issue with the documentation team to discuss fixing the webpage redirection instead of the links.
