[Bug] CVE fix for ag

Description

"@ag-grid-community/styles": "^32.0.2" to => "^31.3.4"

• Fixes Dashboards-Observability in main, the issue with the previous PR is upgrading to version 32 leads to package compilation failures. Hence, moving it back to latest of version 31 which has the CVE patched.
