[FEATURE]Allow Integration to install schema & dashboard without the try-me index

Is your feature request related to a problem?
In some cases customers would like to prepare the OpenSearch server to the ingestion process by creating the mapping schema for the ingested logs.
In these cases we would like to enable this process to be done using the integration installation but without actually creating the sample index and its sample data since this is not needed and may cause confusion for the customer on the name of the production ingestion index itself.

What solution would you like?
Add the schema creation as a workflow in the integration config
