Index Setting Validation before starting replication

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Before starting the replication , we need to validate for correctness of index settings. This would throw validation exception before starting replication itself.

This would also help with new validations being added as part of making all copies of shards spread evenly across all Awareness Attribute

If not done, the snapshot restore phase of replication will fail asynchronously and customer would need to stop and start the replication again without error message being communicated .

Call the setting validation helper before starting replication

What alternatives have you considered?

Doing nothing. Let snapshot validate the index settings and fail asynchronously.
