Description
I have seen failing BWC tests on multiple PRs. Examples include #1026 and #1023.
This PR ensures greater BWC test reliability by fetching plugin zips from sonatype instead of ci.opensearch.org. The difference is that SNAPSHOTs are published regularly to sonatype (within minutes of a merged PR) so those zips are most likely to have the version of the code that this plugin should be integrating with.
