[FEATURE] Contextual Launch

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, when a customer spots an anomaly in the AD Dashboards, they need to go to the Discover page to query the logs for root cause analysis. We would like to add a feature that allows a contextual launch of the detector page from the main dashboard, followed by the ability to open the relevant logs in the Discover page from the Detector page.

What solution would you like?
On the Detector Detail page, in the Feature breakdown chart tab, include a link in the tooltip for each anomaly. This link should generate a query for the relevant documents and redirect you to the Discover page, with the search bar automatically populated with the generated query to retrieve the actual records.
