Description

Will include a GH issue if one exists for flaky tests.

Looks like it's a bad idea, when I try this on my fork I get a lot of gh: You have exceeded a secondary rate limit. Please wait a few minutes before you try again. and making tokens for this doesn't seem to be worth it. I'll close for now.
