[Feature Request] Make mapper size part of OpenSearch core features and not a plugin

The mapper-size feature is currently a plugin and not part of the core project. This seems to add an unnecessary installation step for a fairly trivial piece of optional functionality that can be quite useful depending on the use case.

Describe the solution you'd like

Include mapper-size as part of the core project and not a plugin. Could be done for OpenSearch 3.0 if compatibility is a problem.

Installing the plugin with ./bin/opensearch-plugin install mapper-size works fine but seems unnecessary given the simplicity of the feature.

I don't know the history of this plugin, but it does seem to be a very small amount of code with zero extra dependencies. I wouldn't object to moving this mapper into the core project because I don't see this "mapper-size" plugin growing beyond what it is today because the name is already super specific.
