[VisBuilder] Better way to represent loss of information when switching visualization types

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when we switch visualization types, its unclear which fields are lost, or even which visualization types cant map 1:1 all the field data that we have selected.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either a way to highlight while picking the visualization what are the types that do and dont support mapping all the data currently selected.

Describe alternatives you've considered

better messaging to show what fields will be lost instead.
