[VisBuilder] [BUG] Empty workspace animation does not work in firefox

Describe the bug

The visbuilder animation in firefox does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Visualization Builder on firefox
2. See no animation

Expected behavior
There should be an animated hand

2.3
