[VizBuilder] Edit an existing wizard directly on dashboard

Requirements:

• Be able to edit an existing wizard directly from the dashboard by clicking 'Edit', then the click the top right of the chosen wizard, and select 'edit wizard'
• The save modal shows option to toggle between
  1. save as a new wizard or not
  2. add to dashboard after saving or not
