Time only indicated in full hours #325
Description
Currently, the user is asked to specify time in 00:00. At the computer, this is not a big problem. However, on the tablet, this adds another unnecessary step (that is, the question of the minutes). Would it be possible to let users only indicate the hour and not the minutes?
