The URL can't encode the potential colon in the name #4

As a result Jekyll substitutes the colon with a dash, otherwise we could force a url encoding of it which is %3A but that doesn't look any better. So I think that it's something that we'll just live with that the URL replaces the colon with a dash instead.

I'm mostly expecting this to be closed won't fix. But want it here for posterity as a decision.
