REP 149 Styling #17
Description
REP 149 used colored styling to indicate changes; however, this is not very readable in the new format.
Furthermore, a lot of formatting has been broken in the transfer, and it has broken links
EDIT: I think it has to do with differences between how MarkDown and RST treat <font></font> blocks when mixed with special formatting.
