Now using go 1.23! Tested this on dev, it works
Prints initial settings as defined in setup.yaml. Added for usability reasons - users keep getting confused about account balance and maximum allowable debt

It looks like I have the 1.23 golang changes in here as well, I can rebase and remove those changes I think, or the merge can wait for that branch to be merged in first. |

Little contribution to get my feet wet. I want to get Github Actions setup, but from reading some of the issues it looks like there still needs to be a conversation about directory structuring around tests.
