Solves this sort of error when used alongside vcpkg

CMake Error in dependencies/openpnp-capture/CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "openpnp-capture" INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES property contains
  path:

    "cmake-build-debug-clang-vcpkg/vcpkg_installed/x64-linux/debug/lib/pkgconfig/../../../include"

  which is prefixed in the build directory.


          Link and include TurboJPEG and Threads as PRIVATE
