This PR contains updates to various files to reflect the transfer of the mobility-data-specification repository from LADOT to the Open Mobility Foundation. More details about the transfer can be found in #386.
These changes will be merged immediately after repository ownership is transferred.
This is a non-breaking change, however, future contributions to the mobility-data-specification will be governed by OMF policies as described in
CONTRIBUTING.mdin this PR.
