This commit updates all documentation links to the IBM Knowledge Center to the one referencing Enterprise COBOL v6.3 and z/OS 2.4, both of which are the latest version released.
In particular, some links references Enterprise COBOL v4.2 are replaced for v6.3 since v4.2 is no longer marketed and will be out of support by next year. The lab system provided by IBM also utilizes Enterprise COBOL v6.3 with z/OS 2.4.
