8213530: Test java/awt/Modal/ToFront/DialogToFrontModeless1Test.java fails on Linux

Backporting JDK-8213530: Test java/awt/Modal/ToFront/DialogToFrontModeless1Test.java fails on Linux.

This PR removes DialogToFrontModeless1Test.java from the Problem List since the previously reported Linux failure, where the frame's close button click wasn't triggering an action, is no longer reproducible.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/jdk/java/awt/Modal/ToFront/DialogToFrontModeless1Test.java
