Backporting JDK-8357390: java/awt/Toolkit/ScreenInsetsTest/ScreenInsetsTest.java Test failing on Ubuntu 24.04 Vm Hosts used by Oracle's internal CI system.
This PR increases the acceptable margin from 1px to 2px to accommodate the Ubuntu 24.04 window manager quirk.
For parity with Oracle JDK.
Ran related tests on linux-x64 (Ubuntu 24.04), linux-aarch64 (Ubuntu 24.04), macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:
make test TEST=test/jdk/java/awt/Toolkit/ScreenInsetsTest/ScreenInsetsTest.java
