8390590: [BACKOUT] C2: Fix the memory around some intrinsics nodes

New bug was reported JDK-8390546 in JDK 27 ea which caused by JDK-8373591 changes. Back it out.

Tested tier1-6 and new regression test.

I plan to push new test separately to keep backout clean.
