setConversation was added only after version v3.8. The jssdk has not been updated yet. For older versions, multiple different APIs need to be used to modify various fields of the conversation (https://github.com/openimsdk/open-im-sdk-web/blob/main/src/api/conversation.ts).

You can introduce @openim/client-sdk to directly communicate with IM Server(v3.8.2+).
