Find collective term for built-in SSF events #305

Description

@thomasdarimont

In the context of SSF CAEP, RISC and SCIM Events define a few profiles with event definitions, e.g. CAEPs SessionRevoked event.
I can also use "CAEP events" to refer to all events defined in the CAEP profile, same for RISC and SCIM Events.

This brings us to the question: What is the official team for all "Standard SSF Events"? I'm looking for a collective term for the Verification "event" and Stream Updated Event?

During todays SSF WG meeting, we briefly discussed this and came to the conlusion that it would be helpful to have a collective term for those "built-in" events (Verification Event, Stream Updated Event) and new future event types of similar kind.
Those events have in common that, they are not specific to a user but rather to a stream.

In the SSF WG meeting we came up with the following name proposals:

  • Standard events
  • Foundational events
  • Core events
  • Basic events
  • Admin events
  • Infrastructure events
  • Built-in events (added after WG call)
  • Stream events (added after WG call)

We should come up with a collective term and add eventually add it to the spec.

This could be just a new non-normative change to the spec that defines the name and mentions the "Verification Event" and "Stream Updated Event" as TBD events.
