Typo in the Expiration Time claim specification

Hi there,
While reading the specs I've found a small typo. AFAICT it appears in most of the Expiration Time exp claim description, where the to preposition is missing.

NOTE: The ID Token expiration time is unrelated to the lifetime of the authenticated session between the RP and the OP.

After grepping for unrelated the lifetime, I've found the same typo in most of sync/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0* files. Note that due to line wrapping, the grep pattern is not enough.

I could create a PR, but thought it's too small of a change to do that.
