  • Say Wally is configurable up through the RVA22 profile and list the extensions the rv64gc configuration supports (from config/rv64gc/config.vh).
  • Drop the "(Sys Admin)" heading suffix (and fix the anchor), the quote bar on the toolchain intro, and the sentence about a system administrator installing CAD tools.
  • Remove the warning that Verilator fails to simulate correctly on Ubuntu 20.04 and RHEL/Rocky/Alma 8. With the toolchain the install scripts set up (gcc-10 on Ubuntu 20.04, gcc-toolset-13 on RHEL 8) and Verilator 5.036, the full rv64gc and rv32gc arch suites, rv64gc coverage tests, and peripheral tests (2,471 ELFs) pass in Ubuntu 20.04 and Rocky 8 containers with logs identical to an RHEL 9 host.

State that Wally is configurable up through RVA22 and list the rv64gc
extensions. Drop the sys-admin wording and the Verilator warning for
Ubuntu 20.04 and RHEL 8: the full rv64gc/rv32gc arch, coverage, and
peripheral suites pass on both with the scripted gcc-10/gcc-toolset-13.

Verilator simulation is correct on Ubuntu 20.04 and RHEL 8, and the
flags only gated a regression step that is disabled for every distro.
