Responsive filters on main page and fix slider issue#2796

Filters were hidden behind course glimpses on mobile/tablet view, this CSS property fix this issue and do not change the regular behaviour.
Storybook could not run with the current configuration since we updated the libs.
Move emblaRef from the root .slider div to div wrapper that covers only the slideshow so the panel (title, bullets, autoplay) do not trigger drag and drop interactions.
