ofxOpenCV - Ubuntu 16.04 and 23.04

ofxOpenCV runs well on Ubuntu 23.04, but in older systems it seems to run if we change ofxOpenCV/addons.mk
```
linux64:
    ADDON_PKG_CONFIG_LIBRARIES = opencv4 harfbuzz
```
```opencv4``` to ```opencv```
but in this case it doesn't run in latest (23.04)
but both invoke the same template : linux64
is there any way of making both work?
