Japan Cosmetic Industry Association maintains a list of INCI names translated Japanese. These could be added to the OBF ingredients taxonomy. There is a search page where INCI name can be used for searching the Japanese equivalent. Add @ before the search term to search for exact matches e.g @PEG-40
