The people over at webpack-contrib/file-loader made updates to their loader that fixed issues I was having with the outputPath and publicPath options. So I incorporated their changes into your loader. And I included a couple of their unit tests, so all credit goes to them. Awesome work by the way! It's nice to be able to switch between Haxe and TypeScript with this framework.
