Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Makefile for cross compile SoftFloat
This commit adds a Makefile for cross compile on SoftFloat
3e version. Almost implementation is based on meta-oe porting
from Fabio Berton <fabio.berton@ossystems.com.br>.
