Table demand.egon_demandregio_zensus_electricity contains el. demand for residential and CTS based upon Zensus pop. Due to changed methodology (Zensus HH) the residential data is inconsistent.

  • Remove old data insertion
  • Write new residential cell demand after profile allocation, either at peak load creation or from scratch

Waits for #558
Consistent results only if #431 is solved
