As described in #258 osmtgmod_osm_import fails: No space left on device
The error message really hits the bull's eye: osmosis stores the temp data in /tmp by default (actually default of java) instead using working or osmosis' path. But on our server there's not enough space in /tmp. @ClaraBuettner On the Flensburg's server you only got one partition and from a free space perspective there's no difference, that's why you do not encounter this problem..

I'm currently testing a fix and will prepare a PR.
